Our Beginners course is an 8 week course which teaches the basic steps is 6 dances – Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha and East Coast Swing. In addition to this you will learn how to dance with a partner and how to lead and follow – giving you the ability to dance with multiple partners and move around the dance floor with confidence.
Dancing is a great way to meet new people and exercise at the same time. As well as a physical activity, it also gives your brain a work out – which is great for any age.
We rotate partners is all our classes, so you don’t need a partner to come along with.
Please note that valid vaccine passes are required for all our classes and events and you will be asked for this to scan as you arrive to the first class.
